MSc and BSc students

I have joined the ‘ATP-group’ for a six months internship. This internship was the final item of my study Biomedical Science (master Epidemiology) at the University of Nijmegen. I was involved in the study by Sandra Beijer about ATP in palliative care. Specifically I have studied the influence of ATP on anthropometric measures (body weight, skinfold thickness and arm circumference), muscle strength, nutritional intake and appetite. Every week an intern meeting about the study is held and every month all kinds of topics about ATP-research are discussed. These meetings were very useful. Also I enjoyed working with the team and liked the nice atmosphere at the department. And, most importantly, I learned a lot during my time here!
